Dr. Kahn is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. His bedside care is atrocious. The first time I met him, he came in the room, sat down on his chair and leaned back on the counter, crossed his legs, and then looked at me and said, "So, what are you here for?" My five year chart was at his fingertips. He was very condescending, I feel that for me, he had not one ounce of empathy. He's got an unkind soul. The Good Doctor Kahn has, for years, helped me to gain a better control of my health. His receptionist is the best in the business. She has always been someone who I can trust to make sure my health care needs are being provided for in a timely manner.
I found Dr Kahn to be lacking in empathy or compassion. He only wanted to talk. Not to listen. At one point I said “I don’t want to live my life on pain meds” and his response was “ if you don’t want to live, I should send you to the ER”. I have absolutely zero confidence in this doctor. Just another doctor who doesn’t care enough to listen.
Dr. Khan and his staff are professional and friendly. I had the most pleasant experience at my consultation and my procedure. On two separate occasions leading up to my procedure date, I had questions about things pertaining to the cervical epidural that I would be getting for the first time. Dr. Khan was quick to respond and answer my questions while maintaining a friendly demeanor. I had my procedure this week and I’m no longer experiencing any neck pain. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Dr Akbar Kahn is very intelligent extremely easy to talk to I enjoyed my visit. I am so happy with Dr Akbar Khan. I've had the most wonderful experience with my pain relief ✨
