Really wanted to write a nice review for this place but unfortunately, the in house customer service was really poor. I called on two separate occasions and both times, they put me on hold and never came back or called me back. For a four star hotel, they are not very attentive or cohesive at handling basic customer care.
In town for an event with my lady and we chose this place...excellent decision! Unique property, great location, bar and restaurant attached, and across the street from Rittenhouse Square...plus, the front desk staff were very helpful and genuinely nice. Highly recommend!!!
I had a wonderful stay at AKA Rittenhouse. Bianca, India, and Greg went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would recommend this location to a friend in town for a quick visit, which was the occasion for me this stay.
This was an awful experience as it relates to the quality of the rooms. The rooms are large but are not well kept, dirty bathrooms, hardware and equipment lying around. It felt dirty, smelled. Just gross. We asked to be changed to a new room which we were and while that was a bit of an improvement for a single night stay it also wasn’t great. Room was absolutely horrible. Had a slight “musky” smell. There was this tapping sound that was very annoying but it was too late at night so we just tried to sleep. Eventually i figured out that tapping sound is actually water leaking onto the floor. Next day we asked for management who wasnt there. After our plans we can back to the room and the leaking grew to 3 spots.
