Very bad!!! My name is Christopher Akpede, On June 26th, I was suppose to check into your Hotel with my son by name also Christopher Akpede Jr. We were flying from Chicago to Philadelphia. The purpose of our visit to Philadelphia was for football camp at UNIPENN. Our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. It was great stay experience. The room we were initially assigned was very close to the air conditioning units thus very noisy. The front desk Tina was a great help and she helped us switching to a quiet room. Everything else was great!
Great stay at the AKA Rittenhouse because of the amazing customer service both Tina and Willow provided. They were courteous, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, addressed all my questions and did it with a smile. AKA is lucky to have you both, thank you Tina and Willow!
