The service at the AKA Rittenhouse was really the highlight, everyone at the front desk was just really friendly and helpful. The location is great, very much in Central City with lots of food options nearby. Room was very clean - lots of space.
I actually accidentally make a resy elsewhere and showed up here. Thank God I did 🙏 Michelin needs to make a visit 👍🏼
Very expensive,.... especially the lounge (A.Bar) & restaurant (A.Kitchen),...... and parking is horrendous!!!!
We had the most wonderful stay at AKA Rittenhouse while celebrating our two-year-old’s birthday, and the experience truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional—helping with luggage and then completely surprising us by having the room decorated with balloons, a birthday cake, and a card waiting for our son. Had a fantastic experience at the hotel celebrating our son's 2nd birthday over a long weekend in Philadelphia. Friendly, accommodating staff greeted him with balloons, a card, and a little cake. Details matter and this hotel and the wonderful staff get the details right, resulting in a weekend we will never forget. Thank you!
