I’ve never written anything negative on google, however I had the most unpleasant and frustrating experience at AKA Beverly Hills—easily the worst stay of my life. I requested a quiet room well in advance of my arrival to accommodate jet lag, only to be placed in the only room available: one directly above active construction on Wilshire.
