Made an appointment a while ago. Something came up at work with my schedule, and I was unable to move my work around to still make the appointment. Tried calling the salon multiple times via the number that was given in the confirmation email, no answer. Emailed her to let her know. No response. Finally texted her and got a hold of her, and she was incredibly rude and told me that I should have tried harder to communicate with her because now she is out the money of my appointment. Susan did an amazing job on my color and cut. She was great to talk with and took time to learn about the style and color I wanted w/my hair. I was drowning in split ends and boring color. I absolutely love my hair.
Susan is the best hair dresser in ER! You will not be dissapointed. She is top knotch!
