I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The waxer was so rough and inexperienced. Days later, I had to go to the doctor for the pain. Also, not 100% sure that this place was clean. This was not my first waxing, so I knew what I was getting into. When I called the Salon to speak to the owner, AJ about my visit, he was incredibly rude, stating that the only thing that he could do for me was say that he was "Sorry". I have never been disrespected by a company "owner" until I spoke with the spa today! I purchased a surprise mani and pedi through groupon for my mom Mother's Day gift. She went to make an appointment and I was told she could not use the certificate because she has been to the spa once before which of course I had no clue. Amazing service! Marilyn was so great and patient while my feet were so ticklish and Beverly who did my mom was amazing. Service was so great offered coffee and tea very nice people including the guy at the front desk! Can't wait to come back to do the 3hr package massage facial mani pedi for $99 with my girlfriend who's getting married! So glad we came here will definitely be coming back!
