The worst salon I've ever been to!! When it was time for my massage they couldn't find anyone to do it. Finally I was told they were ready. When I went into the room it was a lady I just watched give a pedicure!!! She had no idea what she was doing, she literally was chopping my back. Worst massage ever. My daughter, sister and I went last Saturday for Mani-Pedis. I believe our nail techs were Joanne, Maria, and Zakiah. I apologize if I did not get the names right. It was my first pedi and the whole experience was amazing! They made us feel so special and did such a great job. I was visiting from out of state, but if I go back to visit my daughter, I will definitely come back. I wish you were in Vermont! Thank you all so much.
Although the owners are really nice, they do not offer discounts to current customers and the regular prices are much higher than surrounding spas! Referred a friend there who purchased a Groupon and was unable to use it because she had been there in 2008 and it's 2015 and she had forgotten about the one time she had been there as a gift LONG BEFORE GROUPON EXISTED, and they would not honor the Groupon because it's for "new" customers only! This place is a joke the girls for massage and pedicure do not have a license and the whole place uses the same products you have at Target. There was no massage it was a rub down and leave you to relax for 30 minutes and I've never been somewhere that has wet washcloths in a crockpot.... Also owner and wife are very rude. No customer service at all. Received as a gift and do not recommend anyone walking into this . Someone from oshaa needs to stop in.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. A 60 minute Deluxe Pedicure is actually 30 minutes. Was a gift for someone and did not get what she expected! I will never recommend them to anyone!
Don't call there to schedule an appointment and expect to find a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude. Called and received a refund from Living Social. Will not give them a dime of my money.
It was just horrible. Receptionist was extremely rude. I didn't feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. Facial was a total joke- a woman ( can't call her a cosmetologist) put on me three products ( who knows what kind) in a completely dark room. How can you use any products If you didn't even look at the skin, without knowing your skin type or concern. It took ten-fifteen minutes at most!! Always delivers great service and very accommodating! Do yourself a favor and go have a Spa experience.
My massage was more like an oil rub down. I will never go back.
