I highly recommend that no one go near AJ Spa in Beachwood. My friends and I just had the absolute worst pedicure experience ever. I have never in my life been treated or spoken to as poorly as I was in a business that needs to survive on customer satisfaction. Even after complaining we were told "we need to have more respect for time" and "I can see the attitude on your face."
