I had a terrible encounter with a lady named Dana! She was EXTREMELY rude when speaking to her. She wouldn't even check to see if they had time for additional services without asking if I was using any type of coupon. As if I wasnt a priority if I wasnt if I was using a deal! The groupon deal was for first time clients only and I proceded to tell her I already bought my groupon and had only been there SEVEN years for a brow wax and she still wouldn't honor it! TERRIBLE customer service and I reccomend NO ONE go here!!!!
My mother and I went to AJ's for a therapeutic massage, and it was the best massage my mom said she had every had. When we entered the spa, we were welcomed by AJ, the owner, himself with a big smile on his face. They were very accommodating, and made us feel very welcome.
Highly recommend this spa!! I had the hydrafacial done and my face was glowing! Talk about professionalism! The one who handles the facials, Zeinab is very detailed on what is being done to your face and explains every step and product being used. Shes awesome with waxing as well. Check them out guys! You wont be disappointed
I loved my massage and facial by Steven! He was professional and knowledgeable. Got the spa package on Groupon for my friend and I for her birthday, good deal!
