They have a kickass mtn biking selection - Giant, Specialized, Santa Cruz, Pivot?!! I didn't even know these top of the line brands could all be found in one store! Great tech, staff, and retail products too. This is my fave bike store I've been to in FL! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I rented a bike here when mine was being serviced and absolutely loved the Giant Trance that Erika put me on. I can't say enough great things about AJ's. Everyone there is helpful, friendly and def knows their stuff. I am newish to riding and they have helped me immensely, from fitting my new bike, to making upgrades and adjustments. I live in Lakeland so it's not exactly local to me but well worth the drive. Great people, great service and great shop.
I did a clinic with Lucy today. She was awesome teaching me fundamentals, terminology, and positioning my body on my bike. I also got over my fear of drops, going from a hardtail to full suspension isn't as easy as I thought it would be, but proper use of my dropper post and reading the trails using technique and positioning make a huge difference. I would highly recommend Lucy for anybody wanting to up their MTBing game!!
I am very pleased on how nice and polite everyone is here. I have to admit, I ask the most dumb questions of all time and everybody is patient with me. This is the go to place for all of your biking needs.
