I went in about a month ago looking for a new bike. Darrin was the person who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Once I found a couple I liked, I took them for a test ride until I found the one I liked best. I had to order mine, but only took about a week to come in. Best bike I've ever owned and so fun to ride. Thanks again for everything. Will def get my business again in the future!
Best Customer Service out of all the Bike Shops I've stopped at in the Tampa Bay!!!! It's my Go to Bike Shop now & couldn't be Happier with my New Specialized AWOL Elite!!! In fact went back to Order my girlfriend one!!! Thanks AJs!!!!!!!
I usually only leave reviews when I'm mad and had a bad experience but.... AJ's is not exactly the closest shop to me but after going to about 10 bike shops in my area (if not more) and then going to AJ's - it was clear that the drive is worth it! So many positives about this place... The knowledge, friendly staff, great mechanics, and the decent (in stock) selection of parts/accessories make this the place to go if you need anything. Big shout out to AJs Bike and Board for hooking me up with a great bike on my trip to FlA. They have a great staff, Lucy was awesome, connected on the Friday morning ride. Ran into at Balm-Boyette conducting a women's clinic great ambassador for the sport!!!
I'm not one to usually write reviews, but AJ's is a fantastic LBS to purchase a bike from. Justin was awesome during the pre and post sale. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. The store is run great and everyone is friendly and helpful. Justin was great with the post sale bike setup. Got it dialed in and really took the time to explain everything. I couldn't be happier with the bike and the service. Shop around people!!! Their prices are outrageous
Ok I have been here twice. Last year when the thought hit me that I wanted a bike. I was not ready to pay the price for the bike I truly wanted. I walked in on Saturday with a clunker from a yard sale. Bought cheap but wanted a specialist to go over it. Needless to say it needed to much work. The gentleman who looked at it said "What are you looking to do" I told him and he said would you look at one of my used bikes.
