To clean the dryer vent was more extensive than originally thought, and didn't increase the price. Initially I was apprehensive because of the aggressiveness for which he was trying to get the job. However as a small business he was just trying to secure work. He was very thorough in every area of vent, not only around the vent but also made sure there was nothing left in the area near the vent. He provided suggestions on taking care of a couple of vents that would prevent other problems. He was very cordial and I would have him do the work again.
Great work, great man. Would hire him again. He was prompt and very thorough. Provided advice on general AC/Heat maintenance for optimal performance.
They did an excellent job cleaning my ducts. I would highly recommend them for duct cleaning.
