Same morning response to my online request. Scheduled me for the job within a week. I added dryer vent cleaning to my requirement while Albert was on-site. Work was professionally done with attention to detail in less than 4 hours on my large 3 story house. I was very satisfied with the quick but thorough progress to clean my entire ducting/vent systems. Would use again without reservation.

Al showed up on time, gave a faire price for the number of ducts/vents we had and stayed until the job was done--about 5 hours! The only issue I had was upon my return the next day there was some dust and debris left behind near a number of vents, which I thought should have been cleaned up. Given that it took him 2 hours longer to do than he thought, it's understandable; but it would have been 5-star service to come back and clean up a bit more.
