Ken the manager is the worst park manager you could ever want to live under. The guy writes people up for dents in their skirts or unpainted decks, yet he has dents in his own homes skirts and a deck in severe need of painting. The guy has physically threatened at least 4 people I know of in the park for complaining about things such as Ken burrying their car in snow in the winter when he plows, tearing up their yard with the plow when he plows a 10 foot drift into their front yard, or are worried about a tree that is dead a... read more
