I paid $245 to get long braids but didn’t ask for long braids, 5-6 came out right in the front. I went back to get the front part redone and I was told she couldn’t just do the 5-6. She would have to do about 15 braids instead, the area before my ear on both sides. I was told it be $150, more than half of what I paid to get it done. I walked out and will never return.

Another braid shop who will give you a hard time for a braid touch up! I came here originally to get my knotles install and they did not give me a hard time about putting the braids in but now I ask for a touch up which will be less money they are refusing to take me never will go here again!

I have been going to Aji's for a few years now and everytime it's been a good experience but yesterday was awesome! Aji and her assistant/ co braider listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair came out beautifully! and for the size and details and neat parts it was reasonably priced

I don’t think they realize they’re in the SERVICE INDUSTRY and that’s what makes them so unprofessional to me. Also, stop TALKING SO LOUD AND EATING AND CHEWING IN PEOPLE EAR please!

I called this morning and told Aji the style I wanted and asked for a price. Aji told me $200.00 and I called her back to confirm the price. However, while I was at the shop I gave the braider $200.00 and she said it’s $220.00 I called Aji back and she said “I would never tell a customer that.” But she did. I’ve been here multiple times with no problem until today. It’s fine that she had a misunderstanding but while we were having a conversation she hung up the phone while I was talking.
