Our experience with AJF Inspections, LLC. left much to be desired. We hired them to perform a home inspection on 1/29/2025, expecting a comprehensive and detailed report. I have bought and sold about 15 homes in the Phoenix area. AJC is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a home inspection company. I spent over $1200 for a home, mold, sewer, and termite inspection. The sewer scope results stated that “significant cracking and/or damage was noted in a portion of the pipe…” Alarmed, we immediately contacted the technician since the results report did not state where the damage was. How did it go? It didn’t! After waiting nine days for their first available appointment, the inspector was a no call/no show for what was supposed to be a 1:00 PM start. At 1:15 PM I called AJF to inquire as to the whereabouts of the inspector. Their response was that he must be running late and that they were unable to contact him because he was coming from a location, Rio Verde, which did not have cellular service making it impossible for him to be reached by phone.
