From the initial phone call I made to AJ Glass and Window Repair to the job being completed, I was very pleased. The receptionist that took my call was very polite and helpful and got me a quote within minutes. She also gave me an appointment option right after, which was for the next day. When I asked if they could make the appointment for today because I would be working tomorrow, she immediately checked with her technicians in the field to see if I could be accommodated. I called a few businesses to obtain quotes for residential window repair, and AJ Glass & Window was the most competitive up front. Another business quoted me almost twice the price, and when confronted with AJ’s quote offered to match. Total scam. Wendy at AJ was very friendly, responsive, and communicative. Scheduling was easy and the technician reliable, and the work was clean and quality. Should I be confronted with having more of my glass repaired, this will be my first and only call. Highly recommend!
