Unfortunately I can't give a zero. We had been going there for years and I had a loose cap on a bridge and didn't want to lose both caps and a bridge. I called and they said they were very busy and could see me in 3 weeks. I said how would you like a loose cap and have to wait that long. They then said I could get an appt. in 10 days. Not acceptable, I said. She said she would see what she could do and would call me back no later than 4:30. NEVER HAPPENED!! I am very glad she's not an er doctor

I had some cavities filled this spring; every single filling that was done was done poorly. I was unable to chew, sleep, or function due to the pain. I went back (twice!) to have the fillings checked and was just told to take some ibuprofen and was told I had new problems that would require crowns and a root canal (all within centimeters of the fillings). There were never problems there prior to the fillings being done, and it seems unlikely the problems were not results of the shoddy filling

Doesn't really take time to educate patients on procedures or treatment options. The dental assistants showed more concern than she does, doesn't seem to be a people person..did my fillings incorrectly had to come back and have them redone her dental partner completed the second round of fillings on the same two teeth that she done..the partner done one correct and the other wrong...they both seem to be inexperienced. Now I have to go back to get it looked at yet again..

Beware of this dentist.....she told me that I needed an array of dental services that I did not need at all. I became suspicious and went elsewhere, to a more established and experienced dentist who only confirmed my suspicions: I didn't need any of the things she told me were critical for my dental health!!!

Let me tell you.. if you are looking for a caring dental provider...look no more! This staff has the most caring attitude I have ever seen! The office is so welcoming! This will definitely be my dental provider from this day forward! I highly recommend Dr. Moore!
