The two stars go to the very helpful woman who answers the phone. If their whole company functions as she did it wouldn't be a question who we'd use. Multiple trips for the same issue with continued billing for each visit.. one tech even said our Lloyd about another work "what the hell did he do? He didn't even install it right." But guess who has two thumbs and was booked twice

Mo and Alex came to our store in Robinson great customer service. They also moved our old slicer down stairs before installing our new one. This company is lucky to have these gentlemen!!!

I manage and operate a business in Hollidaysburg, Pa called Boro Coffee Co. We've had Melvin in to do multiple repairs, including when he was at a previous company. When he called to tell us he had started at AIS and was going to be closer we were thrilled! He is friendly but also very knowledge on all equipment and quick to give you excellent results! He is super great at communicating to let you know what hours work with your business. Wed follow Melvin anywhere. Thanks again for the great work!

We called AIS to come look at our steamers and plate warmers. Melvin showed up, nice guy knew what he was doing, very professional. Knew our machines fixed all 4 in one day working great. Have not had a problem, Thankyou for your hard work. Would recommend this company to other busniess owners.

The service tech was great But 308.00 dollars for 1 hr to look at the fryer And tell me it’s not worth fixing I can see 100 bucks but 308 all he did is look at it no tools Dident take anything apart ??? Just too much for a service call to see what a item needs The 308 dollars won’t come off the price if I would of got it fixed Crazy
