They left a note saying they were from ADT. Called and couldn’t reach anyone. Called again, nothing. It wasn’t until four days later they called my WIFE at our home phone and tried to set up some appointment to sell security systems. HA! Good luck with that...I will never be buying a “security system” from some company that ILLEGALLY uses another company’s name to get business. All these five star reviews are probably fake...do your research people. This is illegal and dangerous business. Reported.
We just got a new home and were anxious to get an alarm system for peace of mind. We had Stewart and Will come to our home to go over any and all options, identify our needs, and work with our budget!! They were fabulous! Then the install was flawless. It took him almost no time to install it and then he explained everything to me and answered any questions! We couldn't be more pleased with the service we recieved and the alarm system!! ❤️❤️❤️
Vaso was amazing with helping us to figure out what works best with our home. Today, Mark installed the new system (he was also training a new technician, who was fantastic as well). They did a great job! They were very polite, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew how to work the system with the phone app before leaving. I highly recommend American Burglary Protection!
Just to confirm what some others have been posting, this company’s salespeople use the ruse of being from ADT to get into your house and secure your business. It’s really underhanded if you ask me. They probably don’t background check their employees at all...why would you let them into your home!? I just want to warn people here that this isn’t a real company, or if they are then they really need to review their practice. Report them to the BBB and demand refunds for anything they take from you!
At first my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted a system... We had a guy name Justin come into our house and explain everything.. We decided to go for it. We made the BEST decision!! We couldn't be more happy. With my husband in the army and gone all the time, I feel so safe! Thank you for keeping our new home safe.
We recently moved and was set up to have our house protected my ADT. Garret M. and Stuwart B. were the representatives that helped us! They were very informative, knowledgable and were able to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone with security needs!!
We just had our alarm system installed by these gentlemen, I can't tell you how awesome they were but I will try!!! They gave a competitive price they used our pre-wire that came with our home, they did exactly what I asked instead of Xfinity who wanted to do their very own thing in charge way too much money for it! The installation guy was second to none. And they spent hours here making sure everything was perfect and that we knew how to use it all.
