Today, Mr Mark Fariello came to hook up our ADT system. After checking and fixing all the sensors and getting our system on the net he then took the time to explain our system to us how to operate our system in detail! His knowledge and professionalism far surpassed our expectations! He made sure we knew our systems capabilities and made sure we knew how to use it, we now have the piece of mind you hope for with a home security system!
Very good customer service. We had minor technical issues and they resolved it in a day. Stuart was quite helpful and kept track of the installation process. We would recommend them for adt security installations.
