This is the second time we’ve worked with Garret to get a security system in our home and he has come through for us so much both those times. Way above and beyond expectations! I trust him both to make sure our security system will protect us in the ways we need and to make sure we aren’t buying things that we don’t actually need. Highly recommend!!

We work with Garret to get our systems installed and I won’t ever trust anyone else as long as he’s doing security system work. ADT has always treated us well and given great service and our system is on point. It’s rare to find someone that actually cares about making sure you are taken care of well and takes their time to make sure you get what you need without taking advantage and overselling you, but that’s exactly who Garret is. Garret has been fantastic and extremely helpful! We were originally going to go with Xfinity Home. But after gathering information from Garret, we realized ADT was absolutely the way to go. It was only $15 more a month, but you get so much more! What really sold us was the Ring Doorbell and the garage door stuff. My fiance is constantly paranoid about leaving the garage door open because of a past experience, and this will help him feel at ease. I do not generally like salesman but my experience with Garrett Myers of AIS was a pleasant surprise. He was very knowledgeable about the different ADT security packages and he took the time to explain each of the options. He was never pushy and extremely patient. Ultimately, the combination of his excellent customer service and the company's high-quality product made it easy to do business with them. I would recommend AIS and especially Garrett Myers to anyone.

Will adelmann was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and we at no time felt pressured to purchase anything. Price was very reasonable, and they scheduled a technician to come and install the new security system within 24 hours. My husband and I could not have had a better experience and feel so secure in our new home.
