We first contacted Airtron on August 4 for a service call. Half of our house is not cooling including the bedrooms. Service person came out on August 7. He was unable to perform the service as he had limited physical abilities and was unable to get into space neccessary to do the job. They tried to schedule us out 9 days in the future but my husband said unacceptable so they graciously said they could do it in 5 dayd (sarc.)
