I had a problem with my HVAC unit since it was installed. Greg, the technician came out to see what was wrong with it and he was very good at diagnosing the problem and letting me know that it was going to be taken care of. Greg was kind and understanding of my frustration with the unit. He agreed that it had been installed incorrectly and was going to talk to his manager about fixing the problem.
