Had the privilege of meeting and having the Airtron service technician, Dinzova, service my heating unit. He was on-time, neat and tidy, professional, and very courteous. When he completed his service call (annual inspection) he advised me of all that he had done and the status of all the performance parameters. I Recommend Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning for any service related to their specialty. We called them this morning and they showed up sooner than I expected. Hector Guevara was the service Technician that came to our rescue. Our house was sweltering the last several days. And Hector was able to find our issue and had the part available. A job well done Hector!
I was having a very small issue with my 5 year old carrier air conditioner. Called Airtron. They charged $89.00 to come out. The technician was a young man, he comes down out of the attic and tells me my unit it has been leaking that their is mold in it, and that it needed to be replaced immediately. I said to him, that unit is only 5 years old surely it doesn't need to be replaced, he says, that’s about how long they last.! I knew that was not true. I will never call them again.
