Airtron recently sent a technician out for my HVAC maintenance appointment. I usually don't write reviews but it is so rare to get good customer service I wanted to share this experience. The Service Technician was Miracle Bennett and she was not only knowledgeable and thorough, she was very respectful and kind. I own a business and know how hard it is to get good employees. You are very lucky to have Miracle representing your company.
Chris Thomas was most helpful on a number of points in servicing my furnace and especially my humidifier. Very thoughtful and detailed. Thanks, Chris. Look forward to seeing you in the Spring. Chester c
The technician Jonathan was excellent I would like him every time
