On Friday 5/29, I couldn’t get in until Monday between 12 and 5 p.m. It was unfortunate, but understandable. I called at 3 p.m. on Monday, and I was still on the schedule. At 3:45 p.m., I was informed that a technician would be arriving within 30 minutes. The technician arrived at 4:30 p.m. and sat in his car for about 5 to 10 minutes. Chris Thomas was a very polite, knowledgeable and helpful technician. He was able to pinpoint the issue with my AC unit and answered all of my questions. He also advised and helped me sign up for the maintenance plan which saved me $500 up front.
My tech Christian Garcia did a great job today with my system tune up. He was very transparent in all aspects of the service. Highly recommend!
