We signed up for Airtron's service plan through a very sweet woman by the name of Pam Lovell. She explained the plan very well to us. Our tech was Jonathan Hart. We were very impressed by him. Lots of professionalism with both employee's and this company. WE cannot say enough good words about the both of them and this company. Thanks Airtron!
Technician Herbert Jones arrived as scheduled and spent about two hours servicing our HVAC systems. He adjusted the fan blower in the upstairs unit to reduce overcooling and saving energy usage. He also installed new filters for me and cleaned the outdoor units. Explained everything. Great job!
Chris Gibbs was very polite and accommodating. Definitely recommend Airtron!
