Purchased a 2021 Airstream Atlas in 2026. I live in NC and traveled to Texas to purchase a beautiful Atlas. Excellent customer service and buying experience. This is my first RV and before I drove home they provided a great overview of all the systems and features. Micaela was wonderful to work with throughout the sales process.
Overdue review but wanted to thank Micaela, Chad, and the rest of the team at Airstream of DFW for their help with our 2025 25' Front Bed Twin International purchase last year. This is the second Airstream we’ve purchased from Micaela/DFW Airstream and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We live out of state now but still made it a point to work them into our travel plans when it was time to trade up. Honest people, great service, and a consistently excellent experience. Thanks to all.
Chad, as we discussed, I tried to retain this 12-year BMO loan for seven months or more; however, each time I paid more than the current amount due, BMO wanted to apply the overage to future payments instead of the loan principal. Future payments doesn't reduce the accruing interest or reduce the length of the loan. I called them twice to redirect the over-payment to principal. Service department is poorly managed. We scheduled repair services for Airstream Interstate and delivered as scheduled. It took over a week before they even looked at it. They did check out all items we requested, then long wait for parts.
