On Wednesday (8/7/24) we picked up our brand new 2024 Basecamp 20X at Airstream of DFW in Fort Worth. We were told at pickup that our center rock guard window was cracked and a replacement had been ordered. We left content and made an appointment for the following Monday for replacement. In the meantime when it rained we discovered that our rear door latching was not functioning properly, so it leaked.
