Good experience. A couple of trailer components did not make it out the door with the trailer.
While the buying experience was certainly an enjoyable time, once you run into any warranty issue, the service department is unwilling to take responsibility or help or respond in a timely manner. We have driven more miles than I care to admit in the hopes they would do the right thing but are just given the run around. I would never recommend Airstream of DFW.
