Our initial Airstream purchase in 2014 was an all around great experience, so when we decided to upgrade to a 25', we looked no further than Airstream of Chicago. Amber went above and beyond in placing our order with the factory and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of that process. Everything went smoothly, we felt we were appreciated as repeat customers and with Amber, Steve and Vern helping us on pickup day, we had yet another great experience. Five stars just isn't enough to rate this business!
We are from Georgia and we're visiting relatives up in Chicago. We all decided to take the short trip to Naperville to look at Airstreams. They had an excellent inventory of everything Airstream makes. We were immediately met by Amber Koche, saleslady. She was courteous, professional, and very, very knowledgeable answering all our questions. It would be worth the trip back up there to buy from Amber when we are are ready to purchase our Airstream. I highly recommend them.
Bought my first ever RV, 2003 Class A Winnebago, from here last year. Came from Ohio to get it and I couldn't be more pleased. I have been traveling in it and it has been everything I hoped for! The salesman took his time showing me everything and they worked with me on the price. I would certainly buy from again.
