We brought our airstream in twice to get the furnace fixed. It fired up once for less than 24 hours. The service code on the board flashed 3 times stating it was an airflow/pressure switch issue. I called and spoke with Rich and he said it could be anything and that I would have to bring it in again for the third time. Now the 2nd time it was in they did pullout the furnace and found a wasp nest. They supposedly tested it and worked, not long enough. The Family at Naperville’s US Adventure RV made purchasing an Airstream a memorable experience. The walk through lead by Randy Young was second to none. This was my wife n I’s first Airstream. Everyone from Amber in sales to Rich in service were so helpful. Randy helped me with the part man to make sure I had everything needed to make a nine hundred mile trip home to New Orleans. RecommendedWent to the open house. Bryan our salesperson was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My wife and I had been talking about purchasing for retirement. While that is still about 5 years away, we decided to pull the trigger and take advantage of the great open house pricing. April/May delivery time frame (hoping to go to the factory to see it being made) and then weekends and vacation in our dream RV. These guys are great to work with!

I also bought some accessories like the solar panel option and the rear bumper and front rock guards which looks really nice and have been very impressed with the solar option!
