I went to see Dr Pappas in early May for shoulder pain. After some testing the diagnosis was chronic overuse. Which was a relief because I have had it operated on for a torn labrum many years ago. I was somewhat skeptical in his assessment of only needing 4-5 visits. Turns out he wasn’t wrong. I am mostly pain free and have gone back to what I enjoy doing. Great experience w/Dr Pappas and the Airrosti team! The diagnosis was thoughtful, and my treatment plan was customized to injury and circumstance. I also appreciated how candidly Dr Pappas set expectations for how long pain would take to subside during recovery and treatment.
Dr. Dietrich and PT Tanner were the first ones in over 20 years to actually uncover where my pain was coming from. It's still a work in progress, but I do feel like I'm finally getting somewhere. They are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The doctor and trainer are nice and friendly. Unfortunately my pain was not relieved after treatment and exercise.
