3 stars is generous but it's because there wasn't any apparent rodent problem. But the flap at the bottom of the lift door was old with pieces broken off so nothing kept dirt from blowing in and everything near the door was covered in it. There is no security gate and it appears that there is no one on site. I had difficulty navigating the payment system and the manager seems to not read emails. I would not recommend this storage facility.
