The last hope for our german shepherd Jericho whom had heart disease the staff was very caring and concerned ..the vet on that shift said to my wife " let me save him" i believe they did all they could. thankyou from our hearts for trying to save Jericho..his memory is in our hearts forever.
The staff that was working tonight, 3/26/13 was outstanding. We brought our dog Delilah in and she was slowly dying. They let us stay with Delilah and gave us plenty of time to spend with her after she had passed away. I'm sorry I didn't get the two ladies names that assisted us because they were both very compassionate and understanding. We have never had to put a pet down before so this was a very emotional time for my family. Shame on these people... – I TRULY question the sources of the GLOWING reviews (by someone who can't spell) describing "compassionate" "caring" and "reasonably priced" sprinkled in amongst the reviews that more accurately match MY experience at this horrible place the times that I've had the misfortune of having to go here, which were both in 2011. great care, reasonable price – Having dogs for close to 30 years, I have had my share of emergency vet visits. Understandably, those visist are not cheap. Two weeks ago, our "terminal" dog took an incredible downward spiral on a Saturday afternoon through Sunday. We decided to put her asleep that Sunday which required an emergency vet visit. Capitalizing on the Love of your Pet – Preying on the love of your pet - they utilize your emotions to oversell services, overcharge for those services and then double charge on those services - so question their intregrity when they diagnosing, demand no services without accurate quote and your approval, then when all is done check your bill again! In addition, stay with your animal because improvements may have occurred but not being shared.
Best Emergency Vet!!! Definitely Recommended!!! – They are the most compassionate, skilled and reasonably priced emergency vet!!! I consider my dogs and cats part of my family and in an emergency I wouldn't trust their lives in any one else's hands!!! I have recommended them many times and everyone has had the same experience. Great Vet - Very Fair Price! – Recently, we had a terrible scare involving our new puppy. A neighbor dog was loose and attached our puppy. We called some other vets in the area. They didn't seem very optimistic about its chances and they thought the bill could run into thousands of dollars. We took our puppy to the Animal Emergi-Center and are so glad we did! A decent vet, way over priced – If you want to be charged three to four times what your regular vet would charge you, this is the vet for you. Giving X-rays for no reason is a big money maker for them.
