PLEASE tell me what company you went with because all the Air Now tech wants to do is sell me something new or charge me for some service not included in the contract. Last time he told me my coils needed cleaned and charged me $200+ and, all of a sudden, it seems I have "mold and mildew" throughout my system that a UV something or other will take care of -- for a huge price, of course. As a former HVAC Tech with Air Engineers in Jacksonville, FL, I was impressed with the professionalism of the Technician (James), Salesman (Daniel), and Installers (Kevin, Bill, & Jim) who handled our recent gas furnace replacement, which also included new duct-work and attic insulation. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would readily recommend Air Now to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Ken perform my AC check-up today. He was exceptionally thorough and so patient with all my questions. I am not easy to impress, but I have added AirNow to my "impressed" list. Can't go wrong with this company or its staff.

Ken was a very pleasant surprise! Of course all AirNow personnel are extremely polite and courteous, but Ken was very thorough and tool the time to explain everything he was doing. We were very comfortable with him as he took his time to inspect our system and found all the problems we were unaware we had. Darren and Clay are the two employees I've had experiences with in the past and both times they were exceptional. Both of them were extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient with me. When our system broke down at 8:30 one night, Clay was here within the hour to fix it. Darren came out to do routine maintenance. He was kind enough to spend the time explaining everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with patience, and was kind enough to change out the air filters for me before he left. Tim came out and was very efficient and friendly. I was surprised that he was able to fix my problem today, within 2 hours at that. He explained everything very thoroughly and fixed my problem with ease. I would highly recommend AirNow to everyone, especially if all of their technicians are like the one I dealt with. I even signed up for their membership program, so I look forward to more positive experiences with AirNow in the future!

Airnow provides excellent customer service. Tim Price offered efficient and knowledgeable service. He was friendly and professional. There isn't a AC care provider that compares to that of Airnow in Millbrook AL.! I was very pleased with their performance.
