If I could give this company a 0 star rating, I would. I have been a loyal customer for several years, part of their "comfort club" with a maintenance contract. Every time they would come out to do the service/maintenance call, they ALWAYS tried to sell me something I didn't really need. I just had them fix what was wrong, if anything, and moved on. They sold us an electronic filter, and cleaned the blower, stated the filter wouldn’t need to be changed but twice a year. In less than a year, my blower needs to be cleaned again because of their product. When my wife asked for a refund because of the issue, they claimed we were harassing them. Do not use this company, unless you want to be ripped off

We have a service package with AirNow. A technician comes out every few months to inspect our system. Each year there is always some service or add on that we are expected to purchase. We had an inspection today and I wasn’t present so the situation became a high pressure sales pitch and attempt to fear monger my wife in purchasing a new unit.
