Great job Tikeivian! Very polite and professional.
Had a whole house water softener installed. The process was a pain in the rear end. Really poor customer service. The technician was given the wrong parts for the installation on Friday. Completed half install and completed the other half on Tuesday. They did not check the hardness level prior to installation and post installation. No communication as to what to expect during installation. I have reached out two days in a row to speak with their ops manager Kevin. Failed to call me back. Very satisfied with technician and service provided. Technician was courteous, answered any and all questions I had regarding my HVAC unit. Rashaad sent a text to let me know he was on the way and approximate time of arrival. I thought he did a thorough job of checking the unit, both inside and outside.
