Airgas didn't have what I needed. Not their fault as I needed a generator part and they're primarily welding supplies. I had a model # but not a part #. Another customer enters the store. I started to leave and he said he might be able to get me the part #. I thought it was pretty cool to not make me wait because he knew he wasn't going to make a dime on me. And the part # was spot on which saved me a ton of time.
Can't ever get ahold of the place they hanged up amediatly instead of saking to wait on hold, im not going to drive 30 + miles out of the way to gamble if a supply house has something i need or not inspecially if they cant answer the phone
Very helpful and for the few things they didn't carry they pointed me in the right direction.
Guys were great..out here hauling LNG into yalls pipeline and the guys here in Knoxville got me what I needed and looked out for my pocket book.
