This parking lot is closed. I paid for the reservation on SpotHero a few days ahead of time because it was very affordable compared to the other places. But once I got there I noticed the lot is fenced off and closed with huge signs posted for rent and no entrance! I ended up parking at the rec center nearby parking and crossed my fingers they wouldn’t tow it out since the machine to pay for parking wasn’t working. The lot has “cheaper” prices, yes. However the app you have to use to pay digitally (no other options) malfunctions and doesn’t end your parking time. Unlike ParkMobile where you pre-select the amount of time you’ll be there, this lot uses a timer. I parked there today and ended the time via the link sent to me. 3 hours later I got a notification that my “meter” was still running. This lot is a scam.

I parked in this lot and my car was broken into in broad daylight, and my purse was stolen. The police informed me that this lot frequently experiences break-ins because there are no security cameras. This is completely unacceptable for a paid parking space. I would strongly warn anyone against using this lot. Your property is not safe here.
