My Subzero fridge started beeping with a picture of a blinking wrench and a blinking square with wavy lines. "Service soon" was the only help I got from the manual. Airflow mechanic cleaned condenser and added freon. It was the same day fix. \$169. My wifes happiness - priceless.
I used Airflow Appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator because it had stopped working. I would highly recommend them. The guy was very fair. He fixed a malfunctioning switch. He said that he could also repair the motor but he would try a lesser repair and see if that would hold and if not he would come back. The repair was perfect and has worked great since. He was very honest and said that it was just a switch instead of repairing the whole motor. I would definitely use him again.
HORRIBLE! The receptionists are very rude. They sound like college kids. If youre going to put me on hold, then ask and say please and tell my why. Dont say "yea hold on" click. And then let me hang for 10 minutes. Every time I was on hold, I was on hold for at least 8 minutes. I had asked if she could let me know why she is putting me on hold (so Im not left in the unknown). She responded with some teenager remark "uh yea, whatever" and then hung up on me! I had a problem with my water heater - had it replaced by Airflow Appliance Repair technician. Technician was very friendly and professional. With good attitude and great technical skills. The company manager had also followed up on the service. Will definitely recommend and will do business again!
Called early morning on Monday to get my refrigerator repaired got same day service. The prices are very reasonable and the technician was very professional and explained to me everything in details what he was gonna do before repairs.
