From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the staff was very helpful and understanding. My oven needed to be repaired and they assured me their technicians could help. I was even more impressed when the techs actually came out to do the repair! They were professional and didn t try to add on services or parts that I didn t need and you could tell they were very experienced. I felt very confident that they would perform the repair correctly. Very satisfied customer here. Highly recommended!

I contracted Airflow Appliance Repair to fix my fridge and microwave, and I was amazed to have these appliances to live again. I thought what they fixed was not going to last long but it's a year now and these two items are strong and functioning properly. The repair person showed up on time later that day. He asked a couple questions and immediately got to work. They flushed the water heater, refilled it, and replaced some hoses. I felt very safe even though repairing water heaters can be dangerous, as the repairman seemed to really know his stuff. My water heater was fixed pretty quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. I feel that my home is safer now and I no longer sit around dreading repairs. I would recommend Airflow'the savings are definitely worth it.
These guys are awesome! It was really important to me that they came at exactly the scheduled time - I had 8-12 appointment and they were ringing the door bell at 8 am. Shows that they respect other people time. Fridge was fixed the same day. They happened to have a good equipped stock with needed replacement parts. I appreciate their good work.
I was ready to go shopping for a new refrigerator when a repairman told me I need to replace the ice maker assembly (my ice maker was overflowing). Then a friend suggested I give my old trusted fridge another chance and call for a second opinion. That was a good call. So glad I found this company! They were on time, professional and quick. I respect that they didn t overcharge me like some other company did. Also, I really liked that there was just one visit - no need to wait for some part to be ordered and delivered. Highly recommend. I am just wanting to let you know that you guys are the only company I have been able to find in my area to fix my hotel Ice Machine and I have had nothing but horrible service from your company.
