Zach was very helpful in explaining the mildew in my ductwork. They worked with me. Unfortunately my landlord does not believe in cleaning the ductwork or treating mildew.
No way would I recommend Airflow. Tracy is nice, but that doesn't cut buying a airconditioner from Airflow and less than 4 years old have had to replace the coil and have to have their technicians out there a couple times. Ending up calling another air conditioner company to "fix" the issue.
After calling another company that was offering a $39.95 A/C tune-up and when they got here all they wanted to do is sell me everything under the sun. Told me my 6 year old unit was due for replacement. My friend told me about Airflow Air conditioning which I called them for service, my unit wasn’t keeping up. The technician was polite - wore shoe covers when he came into my home and examined my system inside and out. Come to find out I had a loose wire on my compressor and he took care of it. Excellent customer service company at a fair price
Airflow Air Conditioning, They have the best customer service in town! They are prompt, pleasant & reliable. I took out a service contract with them and am so glad I did. I know that they are going to check things out thoroughly and take care of any small issues before they become costly and at a very reasonable price. It is the best thing I ever did. I just absolutely think these folks are the best without a doubt! RW
