What can I say except Ryan is the most amazing tradie/engineer we have ever had. A big AC reconditioning job turned to a nightmare when radiator parts turned up without pipework welded connecting their many pipes.....Ryan really understood our system...and he hunkered down, cutting parts from the old system and welding new pipework. It took ages. He came back on several occasions to make our large commercial/home system right. Such care, consideration and skill. Ryan was fantastic! Very responsive with texts and calls. Helped me diagnose the problem over the phone (Fujitsu warranty job), said he’d be there the next day, and he was all fixed!
Found Ryan on the Fujitsu website after my ducted system stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised by the service—he attended the next day, already had an idea of the possible reasons based on my description, provided an approximate cost, and had all the necessary spare parts ready. He definitely knew what he was doing: he fixed the AC, performed maintenance, and gave me a couple of handy tips. Most of the cost was for parts, the labor cost seemed fair, and his knowledge and experience were evident.
Ryan provided same day service, was friendly, honest and professional, and had our aircon fixed within an hour. Highly recommended!
