Horrible service. The worker insulted my mother about her home and when she called to speak to the manager, they refused to allow her to speak with him. The worker called her home "nasty" and "repolsive" in her OWN home and refused to do service. He could have just left and kept his nasty remarks to himself, but he decided to take it out on her and even when he was leaving, he kept making rude comments. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Complete waste of time. Worker had one price posted online and asked for a different price when you schedule them to come out. Worker had no people or social skills and was flat out rude and unfriendly. Improve your workers!!
IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY CAME TO OUR MOMS HOUSE AND INSULTED HER AND HER HOME FOR NO REASON AND REFUSED TO FIX FURNACE. THE GUY WAS DEEPLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULDN'T EXIT THE HOME UNTIL HE SAID EVERY MEAN THING ABOUT HER HOME AS POSSIBLE. WE WERE SHOCKED THAT SUCH A BULLY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Very pleased and would hire them again. The technicians were courteous, efficient and very helpful in explaining things about what to do and not to do and how to more efficiently keep our temperature controlled. They also spent time showing me how to program the Thermostat for daily temperature ranges and better performance. Lots of added value relative to what we were charged. Thank you!
$328 for a capacitor? You have got to be kidding me! I can wait a few days to get it for $15 from home depot.
