I bought a coupon for a tune up. They came out and told me I had a gas leak and quoted 4K - 7K to fix. They made it up. I don't have a gas leak.
My heat pump/furnace went out at 12:30 am on 2/14. I called the company who installed it and was told to call back in half an hour if no one called. I called every half hour till 3 am and finally waited till 7 am when they were to be open.....no one ever called me back to this day. So I looked elsewhere and found Aireserv. WOW what a difference! We discovered our furnace wasn't heating our house this morning. My husband went on-line, found this local company, phoned them & Dean was here in a short time. He evaluated the furnace, gave us options with thorough explanations, including financing if we needed it. After deciding on a new furnace, he called to see when the installers could start.
