Mr Trevor came out on a Saturday and did our heating tune up!! We are so grateful that a service technician was able to come out on a Saturday to take care of us
Took part of the bi annual cleaning deal which sounded great. After cleaning he gave us a list of things that needed repaired soon or in near future including a new unit. They were extremely pushy in trying to get us to agree to get work done. It didn't feel right so I chose to wait. A week later the capacitor went out on unit. Airserv gives you a discount of 15% for signing up for the biannual cleaning but was trying to charge $283 to replace capacitor. The part cost $24 and took 5 mins to replace.
