Johnathon Pepple came out knew what was wrong and fixed problem.We got enrolled in service for the year. He went ahead and serviced as well. He did that on his own and I thanked him. It’s also Sunday night at 7 pm.
Trevor was super polite, very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate his hard work and dedication to be your air conditioner back running.
HVAC died on a Sunday. Aire Serv had someone out to give an estimate on Monday and product was installed within 2 days. Fast turnaround, very professional staff. Christina did a good job of explaining the different options. We did not feel like she was just pushing the most expensive product. Abraham and his assistant came at 5 pm to install and stayed until 9 pm to finish - just so that we would not have to go another night without A/C!
