Amazing company. Quick, efficient and courteous. They are always patient and explain issues and solutions thoroughly, outlining options open to me in detail (no hidden "gotchas" later).

They came in to my business and said they partnered with OGE to service/clean A/C units to help them be more energy efficient. A few weeks later after their service our A/C went out. I called them to take a look at it since they were the last to look at it. They said our compressor went out and quoted us $3k to replace it and do other “required” work. Had someone else just look at it from Champion Air, they said it’s blowing plenty of cold air, the main blower is out, quoted us $375.
This company was sent out through our home warranty. Although there were a few little issues with the diagnosis, causing them to have to make several trips, all of the guys sent out were friendly, responsive, and very professional. I had a house full of about 25 people over for my daughter’s college graduation party this weekend when my unit stopped working for the third time. I am VERY Happy with the service, Jordan was very nice and I have heat once again. I highly recommend this company and will use them again and again.
My home warranty use this company as a vendor and I had an amazing experience with them. The techs were very professional and pleasant. I have no complaints with the service I received. When I was called from the lady in the office to schedule my appointment she was beyond pleasant very nice very professional and would gladly do business with them anytime.
