Would use them again! Charged me only $283.00 for an onsite call. He had the part (about $20) in the van and it was installed in no time! The knowledge and experience that the highly trained technician used, allowed him to install it in about 5 minutes. There should be a law against service this good.

Business response:

Thank you so much for the kind words Eric, I'll definitely pass this on to the team! It's sort of like a "pat-on-the-back" for a job well done. We are very proud to have such highly-qualified, skilled professionals to work with, we think they're a great "face" for Aire Serv of Knoxville. We appreciate that you chose us for your comfort, and we look forward to being of service to you in the future!
