We called on a Saturday morning because the temperature in our church sanctuary was 80° and the temperatures were forecast to be even hotter later on Saturday and into Sunday. Justin happened to be just down the street and stopped by within a half an hour. He was able to identify the problem and we had comfortable temperatures for the services Saturday night and Sunday.

Trying to get a few estimates as my AC unit had seen its better days and needed to be replaced. I called five places and all were 24-hour service but four of those didn't answer their phone nor did they have an answering service and I called during normal hours. AireServ not only answered, they sent someone out to look at my unit and give me a quote. Before the end of the day I had my quote and my decision was made to go with them.
