If I could give 0 star I would. My heat pump is 2 years old and bombed out. They had to rebuild it as when one part fails; the whole system fails. (their tech told me this). They have the expectation that I pay over $3000.00 to cover the labour even after I told them to replace the heat pump as it would be less expensive. I have whole home protection.
