Our old mini split air conditioner unit was extremely dirty with mold and debris. The Aire One technician was very pleasant, informative and thorough. We were a little surprised though, that he did not clean up the job site… hence the 4 out of 5.

This is the story of a returning customer done wrong. This summer, after shopping around, I went with Aire One to install a new AC. I was happy enough with the service that I decided to call them to install a humidifer on my furnace. Against my better judgement I also decided to have them do an "inspection" on my furnace. I always thought this was a scam and boy was I ever right. Today they came to "inspect" the furnace (which by the way was working fine). Went to get a gas valve replaced i knew the model and issue prior just asked for a quote. They Insisted that a tech comes and looks at it before a quote goes out. i insisted that all i wanted was a quote for price of valve and service fees. If I liked it come and install, the operator books a time anyways. Called them back multiple times as I got a email verification said i had photos ready of the valve, funace, model, and requested a quote and at the bare minimum that they should grab the valve as it was winter and needed t... read more
