Very disappointed with the nail removal service. The work was rushed because the next client was waiting. I mentioned it wasn’t cleaned properly, but she didn’t fix it. My nails look messy and uneven now. Waste of money. Do not go there.
Wonderful service! I have been coming regularly for almost 2 years to get extensions and gel/acrylic nails. I’ve always had a great experience. They always accommodate to my nail art requests and follow through with them really well. Thank you!
I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I waited almost 40 minutes to get my toes done, and while I was still waiting, a lady who came after me was about to be served before me. I understand places can get busy, but after waiting nearly an hour, it honestly felt unfair and frustrating. I was patient the whole time, so being overlooked like that was very disappointing.
