I have been trying for weeks to contact Dan without luck so I checked his Facebook page only to find he has died. I am devasted. Please accept my condolences family. I only have high praise for Dan and AirDaddy Heating and Cooling. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and honest.. and you can't say that about a lot of these companies. Thanks again. I called on a cold Saturday just after we had a week of extreme weather and snow, got a prompt response and put in the que to have my heating system evaluated. The technician called when in route to let me know when he would be there. He gave my unit a once over to make sure it was doing it's job. Most other businesses would have charged a weekend rate but AirDaddy did not! I was really satisfied that I wasn't put off until Monday and that I gotten professional and courteous attention. Fast and customer oriented! Daniel and his technicians are very responsive and provide excellent service.
I would give Dan 10 stars if I could. He is amazing! Dan and his guys were so wonderful to work with! I will definitely only use air daddy from now on! Dont let me forget to mention my new ac feels AMAZING!
