The entire Air Treatment Co. team, from scheduling the appointment (Sarah and Bilin) to the technician's (Dee's) very fine servicing and repair work is exceptional. I've gotten the same service from them, uniformly, since purchasing my furnace and AC in 2009.
Excellent service, kept me advised of the problem and what was needed to restore the unit to service.
Air Treatment Co. has been servicing our system for at least 10 years and I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Mike is knowledgeable and a true professional. We just had our water heater replaced and the installers were onetime, on task, and did a great job.

He is a highly competent, courteous and very professional technician. He always fully explains all the work performed and answers questions in a thorough manner. I was very happy with Mike's work. He knows his stuff and explained what was going on with my a/c in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He told me my options, what the cost was, and got the job done in one visit. I now have cool air!!
