I woke up this morning with our a/c condenser not working. I called Air Tech of Longwood and they sent a tech out within 30 min. Air Tech installed our a/c in 2018 and we have used them for yearly maintenance, etc. Living in our home for 30+ years, we have dealt with several companies over that period of time. Air Tech rescued me from a horrible situation and ended a 10 month plus nightmare in which a horrid warranty company, American Home Shield, was holding me captive. You might think that I am being dramatic, if anything I am understating how horrible my experience with the warranty company was. I have a split a/c system on my 500 sq foot porch with 2 interior units. One unit starting leaking a little bit of water. The best AC company in Seminole County, or where ever they serve. They came out on Christmas Eve around 2am. I have been a loyal customer since. Quality service, and the techs explain what they are doing and what was completed. I use AirTech for my yearly check ups and tune ups. AC system has never run better and now going on 10 years old. We have been using Air Tech for 19 yrs.They put in our system about 15 yrs ago everything is still good .When we have a problem they come right away.They are very professional always on time .I have never been without air or heat because they are 24/7.
