RecommendedWe have used them for over 13 years. Excellent service. Very reliable and honest. They do a great job maintaining our system and servicing when needed. Never had any issues with their repairs and they have always honored warranties if we had any problems.
HVAC stopped working yesterday evening and I gave Canella Heating and Air a call this morning. Knowing it’s Sunday and it will probably cost me an arm and a leg, with these temperatures, I didn’t care. Chase came right out this morning to determine what was needed and at 6pm this evening, I see two vans pulling in my driveway. I always request Chase Towery from Canella when needing service. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Will not sell you something you do NOT need. Thank you for having honest and caring people like Chase on your staff. He is top notch!
Great fast service after coming home from vacation and our air had stopped working. Called Canella and they arrived same day. So thankful we have a service contract. Chase fixed our unit and was very knowledgeable and explained to me the process of what he was doing. Great job Canella!!!
Always feel comfortable when Victor is the tech. He is knowledgeable and gives you a lot of insight. He is a five star tech. The admin at canella's is only 4 stars at best. They can never get their story straight.
Called at 9:45 on a Saturday night as the temp on a June night was steadily going past 78 degrees. I was fully expecting to just be able to report a problem, but Larry arrived from across town in an hour and started to fix the problem. After another 90 minutes he'd thawed out the AC and then filled with freon, told us we'd need to think of another AC (we will call for an estimate) and left us cooler and certainly satisfied. To begin with, Thomas showed up on time! That's a big plus in my book. He did a system diagnostic and told me what he found in an easy to understand way. My system, installed by another company, was not cooling correctly. He fixed the problem an all is well. Thanks Thomas.
Richard H came to our home to inspect and maintain our system Canella installed a year ago. The new system has been great, money saving, with never a problem. Richard was professional, neat, helpful, polite, and answered all questions. This is a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.
Scott is on time, very nice and always does a great job. Friendly and takes the time to get to know his customers. Always cleans behind himself and wears his booties to cover his shoes. Highly recommended!
