Canella's Heating & Air Cond is fair Canella's heating and air first came to our house to repair an older air conditioning unit outdoors, then we came to find out that a part that was supposed to be replace had not been, I would have never know this unless another company had not come to replace that exact same part months later and found it was a factory part. Just beware.

We just a new system installed. Excellent company, knowledgeable staff company rep answered every question we had and made sure we were getting what we wanted and needed. Super nice installing team. Financing was fast and easy through them ..5 stars.
Our air conditioning went out last night. We called this morning, a holiday weekend, and they came right out and got us fixed up quickly. Bobby the service tech was very professional and easy to talk to. Thanks for remembering what good customer service is all about!
Chase was very professional, efficient, but had the family feeling in his work and socialization. Will be using the service in the future.
Refused to give me a repair quote, said, "they weren't interested in helping me at this time". I kid you not. Who does this? Unless they just don't need the business.
It was time for a maintenance check on my unit today and I was expecting Scott who has always done a great job but I was pleasantly surprised to meet Kendall who also did a great job! Kendall was right on time. I love his kind service and easygoing personality. I respected his efficiency and ability to answer any questions or concerns I had. Thank you!
